Austria: Zoku has announced the opening date of its latest property and launched a subscription service.
Located on Perspektivstraße in the central Second District of Leopoldstadt, Zoku Vienna will open on June 14th. The site is close to the Vienna University of Economics and Business, the Messe Wien Conference Center, and the iconic Prater park.
The property will feature 131 Zoku Lofts.
Zoku has also launched a subscription service. The company says: “Zoku has been serving remote workers and digital nomads in our home city of Amsterdam since 2016. Our mission is to help traveling professionals connect, collaborate and create—and now we’re taking this mission international with our new Subscription Living program.
“What is Subscription Living? With new properties opening in Copenhagen and Vienna this year, we’re curating a simple way for anyone to experience living and working from any of our Zoku locations for just one monthly subscription fee. You can stay at one — or even all — of our three locations and get the flexibility to travel around our various locations on a monthly basis.”
Members pay a monthly subscription fee of €2,750 for accommodation, workspace and community events. The company offers discounts for longer stays. Two people can share a loft for just an additional €200 per month.
