South Africa: The South African brand BlackBrick Aparthotels has joined forces with HotelREZ to help drive strategic growth in the corporate and leisure market.
The collaboration aims to improve BlackBrick’s direct revenue ratio and dependency on online travel agencies (OTA).
The aparthotel brand will also gain access to HotelREZ’s global agency sales network and travel; management company (TMC) partnerships.
HotelREZ’s chain code has boosted visibility across more than 750,000 travel agencies worldwide, now providing BlackBrick with improved visibility.
The partnership will start with the opening of five properties on the HotelREZ platform: BlackBrick Bedfordview and BlackBrick Sandton 1 and 2 in Johannesburg, and BlackBrick Foreshore and BlackBrick Gardens in Cape Town.
BlackBricks targets digital nomads, and travellers seeking accommodations with amenities such as boxing gyms, Pilates studios, rooftop bars, swimming pools, and coworking spaces.
