Germany: Tech-powered hospitality operator Bob W has signed three long-term lease agreements with a private landlord in Munich.
Bob W will reposition two H’Otello properties and one H’Apato property under its brand, adding 198 units and nearly 4,000 square metres to its German portfolio.
Formerly H’Apato Schwabing, Bob W Munich Schwabing is located at Fallmerayerstraße 22 and offers 71 serviced apartments as well as a social lounge and coworking space.
Bob W Münchner Freiheit, formerly H’Otello Schwabing, is located at Hohenzollernstraße 9 and offers 71 rooms. Bob W Munich Old Town, formerly the H’Otello Lehel, can be found at Baaderstraße 1 and offers 56 rooms.
The lease agreements were brokered by Miles Knoll from the hotel services team at BNP Paribas Real Estate GmbH. Clemens Engelhardt of Trustberg advised Bob W.

The three additions build on Bob W’s pipeline of signed properties in German cities including Bonn, Berlin, Stuttgart, Lübeck, Cologne, Dortmund and Hamburg.
Bob W is now operational in 18 cities across 10 countries.
