UK: Serviced apartment booking agency Checkin Apartments has achieved Gold certification by sustainability ratings provider EcoVadis.

EcoVadis evaluates the performance of more than 130,000 companies worldwide across four key areas: environment, labour and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement.

Medals are awarded (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze) based on a company’s percentile rank within the EcoVadis database.

Checkin Apartments, assessed under its legal entity Travel & Trade Worldwide Ltd, has achieved the Gold medal with an overall score of 77 out of 100. It ranks the company in the top five per cent of all rated companies over the previous 12 months.

Gavin Pereira, managing director at Checkin Apartments, said: “This Gold medal is a reflection of our team’s continued commitment to ethical operations, employee wellbeing, and sustainable accommodation solutions. We are proud to be recognised by EcoVadis and have achieved such a high score and remain dedicated to raising standards across our industry.”
