US: Destination services and temporary living provider Dwellworks has acquired the US destination services and rental home-finding operations of CORT.
Effective 31 December 2024, Dwellworks has acquired CORT’s destination services business, encompassing rental home finding, area orientation, settling-in, and departure services for moves into and within the US.
In addition to the acquisition, Dwellworks has also gained access to CORT’s proprietary ApartmentSearch.com software – a rental property search aggregator listing 35,000 rental housing providers. The technology will be integrated into the myDwellworks platform.
CORT’s network of 2,500 licensed local consultants will also be accessible to Dwellworks for relocation support services. CORT will continue to own and manage its real estate agent networking along with ApartmentSearch.com.
