US: Everhome Suites, an extended stay brand under Choice Hotels, has opened in North Carolina and Wyoming with construction underway at a property in Tennessee.
All three hotels are developed in collaboration with Highside Companies, and join four open and 13 under construction in the partnership.
The hotels include:
• Everhome Suites Fayetteville – located at 1720 Convoy Lane near the intersection of Highway 24 and I-295, and close to the main entrance of Fort Liberty, the property offers 114 rooms.
• Everhome Suites Cheyenne – located at 1628 W Lincolnway in a mixed-use development close to Francis Warren Air Force Base, the hotel also offers 114 rooms.
• Everhome Suites Clarksville – located at 1142 Stacy Johnson Boulevard, the property will have 115 rooms and is expected to open in the spring of 2026.

In total, Choice Hotels has seven Everhome Suites open, more than 20 under construction, nearly 30 expected to open by the end 2025, and an additional 65 in the pipeline.
