US: Extended stay hotel brand Extended Stay America has launched Client Connect, a business travel programme designed exclusively for extended stay business travellers in the US.
The new programme unifies Extended Stay America’s business travel services under one structure, offering personalised partnerships, competitive rates, and streamlined booking solutions for business travellers staying weeks or months at a time.
It will leverage Extended Stay America’s nationwide network of more than 700 locations.
Targeting industries such as construction, healthcare, and the military, Client Connect offers dedicated account management, flexible stay extensions, and cost-effective rates for long-term stays.
The programme also includes a Direct Bill option and business-friendly digital booking tools to simplify payment processing for corporate travel managers.
Kelly Poling, chief commercial officer of Extended Stay America, said: “Client Connect formalises our relationship-first approach, bringing together our collective services under one dedicated program that deepens our partnership with travel managers and business travellers.”

The programme is available immediately to business clients with “new enhancements currently in development”.
