Reading Time: 2 minutes

US: Franchisor Landingplace Hotels has launched two midscale conversion brands, including an extended stay concept.

Founded by Jeremy Bratcher and Jacob Amezcua, Landingplace Hotels is headquartered in Bluffton, South Carolina. The company offers two franchise brands: Landingplace Suites and Landingplace Select.

Landingplace Suites is an extended stay hotel brand offering flexible stays of more than 30 nights without leases. The brand will also offer amenities such as activated outdoor spaces, community rooms, food trucks and live music.

Landingplace Select is a select-service brand aimed at short-stay travellers located in “major business areas”.

Properties will marketed across platforms including Apartments.com, Furnished Finder, Airbnb and Zillow, supported by Amadeus iHotelier for multichannel distribution. HotelKey has been selected as PMS partner alongside FLYR for AI-powered revenue management.

Guest facing features include Nonius and Yuvod TV for streaming services, while The Guestbook rewards program offers cash back on direct bookings.

“As owners and operators ourselves, we’ve seen firsthand how rigid, outdated hotel systems fall short for today’s guests and owners,” said Bratcher. We built Landingplace to close that gap — with brands designed for flexibility, simplicity and an owner-first approach, without compromising guest comfort or performance.”

Amezcua added: “Everything we’ve built, from flexible, realistic PIP strategies and streamlined operations to tools that capture untapped demand, is designed to solve real challenges for owners. We’re hoteliers ourselves, and we know it’s possible to run a leaner, more efficient hotel without sacrificing guest experience. In fact, streamlined operations with a focus on guest choice and flexibility often lead to a more personalised and memorable stay.”

The Landingplace Hotels leadership team includes Stacy Bedsole, EVP of brand and marketing; Glenn Miller, EVP of commercial strategy; John Kelly, EVP of franchise operations; Orlando McRae, director of design and construction; and Gus Stamoutsos, SVP of franchise development.
