2024 signings sees limehome grow to 9,000 units

Europe: Serviced apartment operator limehome signed 3,000 apartments in 2024, taking the group’s total contracted units to 9,000.

Germany is limehome’s largest growth market with 5,250 apartments in more than 80 cities under contract. By the end of this year, apartments in Pionierstraße are set to go live which will mark the third collaboration with Centralis following projects in Berlin Friedrichshain and Hamburg Harburg.

Across Europe, limehome’s portfolio spans 150 cities. In 2024, the company debuted in the Czech Republic and expanded in countries such as Austria, Portugal, Spain and Italy. 

Spain represents the second largest market for limehome with 15 locations in Madrid and 10 locations in Valencia. Recent projects include the addition of 53 units at Calle Glorieta de Quovedo in Madrid in a follow-up project with Impar Capital.
