US: Extended stay brand LivAway Suites and real estate investment firm West77 Partners have begun construction on its first hotel in Texas.
The San Marcos LivAway Suites hotel will be located at 1550 River Road.
Brand features include fully equipped kitchens and flat screen 50” TVs with built-in casting, alongside a coworking hub, fitness centre, laundry facilities, smart lockers, self-serve check-in, and more.

LivAway Suites plans to start construction on 17 locations in 2025 with the aim of reaching 50 sites open or in the pipeline by late 2026.
