US: Hotel franchisor Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, in partnership with residential hospitality management company Reside, have opened two Washington DC properties.
Reside Navy Yard spans two interconnected buildings located at 816 and 818 Potomac Avenue SE. It offers a mix of studio apartments and two-bedroom townhouses across 81 units.
Amenities include in-unit laundry, fully equipped kitchens, and a fitness centre. Reside Navy Yard is also pet-friendly.
Reside NoMa offers 67 units and provides guests with fully stocked kitchens, in-unit laundry, and a 24/7 fitness centre.
Walter ‘J.R’ Dembiec, brand president of Reside, a Wyndham Residence, said: “The launch of Reside Navy Yard and Reside NoMa marks a significant milestone in our mission to redefine extended-stay hospitality with thoughtfully curated spaces in premier urban locations.
“Washington DC is a dynamic and historic destination, and these properties are designed to offer travellers a seamless blend of modern convenience and residential comfort. Together with Wyndham, we are expanding the choices available to extended-stay guests and setting a new benchmark for what they can expect.”
The two Washington properties join Reside Seattle Downtown and Reside Houston Downtown. Future locations include New Orleans.
The partnership between Wyndham and Reside aims to expand the Reside, a Wyndham Residence brand to 50 US markets in the coming years.
