Worldwide: The 19 shortlists for the tenth annual Serviced Apartment Awards have been officially revealed, ahead of the black tie ceremony on Tuesday 13 May 2025.
All award entries have been judged by an independent panel of experts who work across industry sectors including benchmarking, journalism, architecture and design, business travel, consultancy, investment, sales and marketing, sustainability and more.
Entries which best fulfilled the relevant category criteria have now progressed to shortlists.Â
Voting for the Rising Star, Team of the Year, and Industry Inspiration categories will open tomorrow for one week until Wednesday 30th April 23:59 BST.Â
On 13 May at Sheraton Grand London Park Lane, the winners for all award categories – including the Outstanding Achievement award, selected by the SAN team – will be revealed.Â
Hosted by SAN editor Eloise Hanson and comedian Jake Lambert, the black tie and ball gown ceremony will feature a welcome drinks reception, three-course meal and entertainment. Tickets can be purchased here.Â
