UK: The winners of the 2025 Serviced Apartment Awards celebrated last night at the tenth milestone ceremony, held at Sheraton Grand London Park Lane.
Hosted by stand-up comedian Jake Lambert and SAN editor Eloise Hanson, more than 250 international guests attended the black tie awards ceremony.Â
16 of the awards were judged independently by a panel of industry experts, and three were voted for by readers of SAN. One exclusive award for Outstanding Achievement was decided by the SAN team.
