UK: Serviced Apartment News (SAN), the only dedicated platform for the global aparthotel, extended stay, and serviced residence sectors, has refreshed its logo to align with sister publications under IHM.
The new logo features bold typography with a clear ‘SA’ icon, aligning the brand with the visual styles of Boutique Hotel News (BHN), Short Term Rentalz (STRz) and Urban Living News (ULN). All four sites are published by International Hospitality Media (IHM).
It marks a major visual update for SAN since the brand launched in 2013, and follows the 10-year anniversary of the global Serviced Apartment Awards held earlier this year.
Meg Rapley, marketing and events manager at IHM, said: “The rebrand replaces the static hexagon with a bold ‘SA’ monogram, harmonising Serviced Apartment News with our sister sites’ initial-based logos. The geometry, gradients, and negative space were crafted to balance modernity with legibility, creating a visual identity that conveys clarity, cohesion, and momentum.”
Eloise Hanson, editor of SAN, said: “For more than a decade, SAN has been at the forefront of the global serviced apartment sector. This brand refresh not only reflects our evolution but also reinforces our position within the IHM family. It’s a fresh look for a new era of growth, innovation, and industry leadership.”
The updated logo will appear across the SAN website, newsletters, events, and marketing materials moving forwards.
