UK: Global corporate accommodation platform AltoVita has revealed the agenda for its fifth annual Smart, Safe, Sustainable Summit in London.
This year’s program will deliver discussions and insights into challenges and innovations for the future of corporate accommodation, with networking opportunities for travel managers and mobility leaders.
The event will take place at the ODEON Luxe in London on 27 June 2025, hosted by AltoVita’s co-founders, CEO Vivi Himmel and COO Karolina Saviova.
The Summit will open with a policy compliance panel with three guest speakers:

Sigrid Nauwelaerts, head of global mobility at Kenvue, will cover navigating complex regulatory requirements.

Soren Sturup-Tuft, immigration and global mobility lead, EMEA and APJ, Databricks, will share strategic approaches on regulatory border compliance.
