UK: Inverness City Suites has been put on the market by proprietor Roy Dinnes, with a guide price of £3.6 million.
Independently owned and trading since 2011, the business operates as 11 individually titled apartments, made up of 10 two-bedroom and one one-bedroom units. Dinnes said: “We have enjoyed owning this business, but it’s time to pass the reins onto somebody else as we look to retirement.”
The vendors are seeking a price in the range £3.5 million to £3.65 million.
Inverness is experiencing increasing levels of demand coupled with the growth of the Inverness and Cromarty Firth Green Freeport, Free Trade Zone bringing significant numbers of multinational engineering and fabrication work to the local economy.
