US: Island Hospitality Management has acquired the management of the 170-room Home2 Suites by Hilton Woodland Hills Los Angeles.
Located in the Warner Centre, in Woodland Hills at 21110 West Oxnard Street, the property is a short distance from attractions such as Universal Studios Hollywood, Malibu beaches and Topanga State Park.
The Warner Centre has almost eight million square feet of retail space, 10 million square feet of office space with about 50,000 employees, and is home to more than 20,000 residents.
The hotel features a business centre, 24-hour fitness centre, a heated indoor pool, 342 square feet of event space, complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi.
Guest rooms accommodate individual sleeping, living and dining areas, a kitchen and a large workspace. The hotel’s staff are produced from the Island’s Pathways Program, as tenured personnel with a shared 20 years’ experience at Island Hospitality Management, ranging from the general manager to the director of rooms.
