UK: The site for a planned 34 unit aparthotel in a legendary Liverpool recording studio is back on the market.
Crash Rehearsal Studios is up for auction at Auction House North West with a guide price of £820,000.
The studios already have planning permission to be converted into a 34 key aparthotel along with a bar and restaurant. In a nod to its history the aparthotel will also have a basement recording studio.
There will be a musical walk of fame recalling stars who have made recordings at the venue since it opened in 1987, including The Zutons, Atomic Kitten, Lou Reed and Echo and the Bunnymen.
Earlier this month we reported the news on Liverpool planning to be the first UK city to establish a dedicated accommodation BID for serviced apartments and hotels.
