US: Miami is to see the creation of a 63-story, mixed-use residential, commercial and apartment hotel building in its upcoming Worldcentre.
The Worldcentre is a large development set to offer a unique blend of entertainment, retail, residential and commercial offerings in a pedestrian-friendly environment and green spaces across several blocks in the heart of the city.
PMG 11th Street Developers Group LLC has made plans for the 427-key aparthotel, known as E11EVEN Hotel & Residences in a tower, which is currently under construction.
The E11EVEN Hotel & Residences will offer studios, one and two bed apartments and all residences include a fully equipped kitchen with signature Home Essentials Package: silverware, glassware, linens, sheets, towels, a Resident Membership Package featuring exclusive beach club, day pooland ultra club access, and valet parking.
Residents at the aparthotel can use the pool and bar area, two restaurants and a ballroom as well as a gym and spa, and more than 400 bicycle parking spaces.
Miami has had a flurry of extended stay stories over the last year. Only this week SAN reported The Elser Hotel & Residences, which is managed by Highgate, has officially opened in Downtown Miami. In the summer it was announced 23 serviced apartments would be opened next year in the Aman Miami Beach Residence designed by renowned Japanese architect firm Kengo Kuma and Associates (KKAA). And Hyatt Hotels and Miami-based developer Gencom, revealed plans to create a huge mixed use development near the Miami River with 264 serviced apartments.
