The acquisitions bring Mission Hill’s portfolio to 21 extended stay properties.

Mission Hill is excited to expand in Savannah with these two recently built, premium select-service hotels in a growing, drive-to leisure Sun Belt market.”

The 135-room Aloft Savannah was built in 2020, and the 140-room Fairfield Inn & Suites was built in 2017.

Both hotels offer a combined area of 3,595 square feet of meeting space space, a business center, 24-hour fitness center, indoor and outdoor pool.

Guests will also enjoy many dining options including Re:fuel by Aloft for healthy snacks and breakfast items and a restaurant and bar at Aloft’s W XYZ® Bar, featuring live music.

The hotels are located in the Historic District of Savannah less than a 10-minute walk from the Riverfront and the Savannah City Market. The Plant Riverside Entertainment District and the Forsyth Park are also close by.
