US: Mission Hill Hospitality, a KSL Capital Partners portfolio company, has acquired its 19th hotel.
Denver-based Mission Hill Hospitality has added The Homewood Suites by Hilton Cathedral City Palm Springs to its growing extended stay portfolio.
The hotel currently has 197 suites with fully equipped kitchens. Guests can enjoy the heated pool and a fitness centre and business travellers can make use of the meeting rooms.
Mike Wilbert told told Hospitality Net: “With this acquisition, Mission Hill continues to grow our high-quality portfolio of well-located select service and extended stay hotels.”
Mission Hill Hospitality, which launched in 2019, recently acquired Boston’s Marriott Residence Inn and Fairfield Inn and Suites Boston Waltham.
