Europe: Tech-powered hospitality operator Bob W has appointed Badis Boudjakdji as real estate director for Iberia and Renato Sciannimanico as real estate director for Southern Europe.
Boudjakdji and Sciannimanico will focus on expansion in Spain where Bob W operates two properties in Madrid, and in Italy where it manages three assets in Milan and Florence.
Joining from coliving operator Urban Campus where he led business development across Iberia, Boudjakdji also has also held M&A and structured finance roles at PwC, BNP Paribas, and Covivio.
Sciannimanico comes from pan-European private equity firm Tristan Capital Partners where he managed value-add and core plus real estate transactions. Previously, he held portfolio management roles at Allianz Real Estate (now PIMCO Prime).
“Our strategy is focused on expanding in top 10 cities (excluding resort/seasonal destinations) across Spain and Portugal through both leases and management contracts,” Boudjakdji said.
