Corporate Housing Factory promotes four senior leaders

The Netherlands: Serviced apartment provider Corporate Housing Factory has promoted four key team members at director level.

The reorganisation will allow the company’s co-founders and managing directors Jouke Baaima and Michael Berendsen to focus on the company more broadly.

The promotions include: 

• Eva van Zijl, appointed as director of finance and HR

• Lisette Sprangers, now director of strategy and business development

• Eva Valkhoff, appointed as director of creative and brand

• Nayton Craig, now director of sales

Baaima and Berendsen said: “This transition marks an exciting new chapter for our company. We look forward to the opportunities ahead as we build an innovative, future-proof organisation together with our strong team of directors. 

“With this strategic shift, we reaffirm our commitment to excellence in the flexible housing industry and lay the foundation for sustainable, long-term success,” they added.
