UK: Mysa has launched Axis by Myo, an end-to-end RFP platform for accommodation.
Mysa has launched Axis by Myo, an intuitive interface for corporate partners that simplifies the end-to-end process of accommodation RFPs. The company launched Axis to enable procurement of serviced accommodation, whether via TMCs or direct, and provides two-way engagement between buyers and suppliers. Axis hopes to provide 360-degree visibility of each supplier’s safety, security and sustainability credentials and supports rate negotiation.
Axis underpins the complete RFP process from creation to assessment. It helps users to consider the credentials of each property, evaluate rates and engages directly with the supplier through the platform. It allows for integration of buyer’s bespoke considerations related to sustainability practises and social responsibilities such as Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) and Environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG).
For property partners, Axis allows suppliers to complete and submit proposals in a short amount of time. The interface also allows for multiple submissions without repetitive processes. A two-way dialogue feature will ensure that feedback is received for each property submission to each RFP.
Gary Hurst, founder and CEO at Mysa, said: “Axis is the culmination of many discussions with corporate buyers and TMC’s related to accommodation RFP processes. When we created the opportunity to procure serviced accommodation directly, we wanted to ensure all users experienced a significant improvement on existing traditional processes and offered a simplified way of sourcing and procuring. The improvement is so significant, we are planning to extend the use of Axis for hotel RFPs, due to the demand. It allows us to take the directive of the buyer and deliver properties for assessment in a fraction of the time current RFPs take. Axis encapsulates all the attributes we strive to offer via Myo –simplicity, choice, control, transparency, due diligence and peace of mind.”
