INDIA: Delhi-based BI Group has partnered with Oberoi Hotels and Resorts to bring 19 serviced apartments to the capital.
Oberoi Hotels and Resorts will run the apartments with facilities including concierge, rooftop lounge, meeting rooms, a gym and gardens.
Trident Residences will offer apartments from 371 square meters to 743 square metres. Residents of the complex will also have priority reservations at the restaurants and bars, business centre and salon at the The Oberoi, New Delhi.
Designed by Architecture Discipline, the three block development is close to Delhi’s Golf Club and Lodi Gardens.
BI Group is planning to launch similar properties in Goa, New Delhi, and Gurugram (southwest of New Delhi).
BI Group chairman Shashank Bhagat said: “The launch of these branded residences in the heart of the capital is a statement that demand for uber luxury is back.”
The Oberoi Group, was founded in 1934, and operates more than 30 luxury hotels across India, Africa and the Middle East.
Upscale serviced apartments are well known in India’s capital. Andaz opened 129 serviced apartments in 2018.
