UK: Saxbury is to undertake an operator search for a new 20-key aparthotel on Lancaster’s Dalton Square.
The property is on the upper floors of SilverDoor’s new office, and will offer far-reaching views across the city, to the cathedral and castle. Guests at a recent launch event for the SilverDoor office enjoyed an advance tour of the property.

Saxbury is sole agent for the property and is inviting operators’ interest.
