EMEA: Pan Pacific Hotels Group is to double its serviced suites portfolio after seeing the increased demand for extended stay.
The properties will join the group’s five serviced suites which are: Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Beach Road, Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Orchard, Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Ningbo, Parkroyal Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur and Parkroyal Serviced Suites Singapore.
The expansion will increase the group’s global development portfolio by 50 per cent, adding more than 4,000 keys by next year.

Our expansion secures our position in key gateway cities and prime locations around the world, giving us the edge to capture the burgeoning long-stay demand in developing markets and key business hubs.”
The five new properties due to open by the end of 2023 will be placed in eight key cities including Bangkok, Hanoi, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Nairobi and Singapore.
Parkroyal Suites Bangkok launched this month offering 194 suites, a spa and restaurant.
Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur opens today and the 210 suite property will offer pool, meeting space and other recreational facilities as well as a launch with breakfast and drinks.
The 128-key Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Nairobi will open early next year and will be located in one tower of the gated Global Trade Centre Nairobi complex, in the embassy and financial district of the city.
In Vietnam the 122-key Parkroyal Serviced Suites Hanoi is due to open early 2023 offering a rooftop restaurant and bar, gym and wellness spaces including a swimming pool.
Next summer Jakarta will see the 180-suite Parkroyal Serviced Suites Jakarta opening in July. The property will be located in the same tower as sister properties Pan Pacific Jakarta (opening in November next year) and Parkroyal Jakarta (opening in June 2024).
Pan Pacific signed its first PARKROYAL Serviced Suites property in Bangkok in 2018.
