Germany: TFE Hotels’ premium aparthotel brand A by Adina is set to open a new build, 161-key property in Berlin.
Set to open in autumn 2027, A by Adina Berlin Kurfürstendamm will be located in the FÜRST urban quarter, which is transforming the former Ku’damm-Karree into a offices, retail, hospitality, F&B, and entertainment.
The aparthotel will offer studios and apartments alongside a restaurant, bar and wellness facilities. It marks the brand’s debut in Germany and will become TFE Hotels’ fourth property in Berlin.
It also follows the debut of the A by Adina brand in Europe earlier this year in Vienna, which opened in April 2025.
TFE’s European CEO, Asli Kutlucan, said: “Berlin Kurfürstendamm is such a remarkable address, and we don’t take lightly the privilege of opening here. Our aim is simple; to create a place where guests feel inspired by the city and cared for in the most genuine way. For us, it’s about building something that truly belongs to Berlin.”
