Germany: Aparthotel operator Adagio has opened its 12th property in Germany, located in Stuttgart, as part of the brand’s strategy to expand within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

The 121-key property is situated in the city’s largest event hub – the NeckarPark district.

Designed for business and leisure travellers, the aparthotel introduces Adagio’s “Smart House” concept, offering open-plan studios and one-bedroom apartments. Guests staying longer than eight nights will receive weekly housekeeping, while other amenities include a fitness room, underground parking, and self-service laundry.

Communal spaces are built around “The Circle”, Adagio’s shared-living concept which features a convenience store and a borrowable item library for games, cooking tools and leisure equipment.

Design throughout the property draws inspiration from Stuttgart’s wine-making heritage, with earthy tones, cork textures, and a mural by local artist Marc David Spengler celebrating the region.

Arthur Jaeger, chief development and real estate officer at Adagio, said: “The opening of the Adagio Original Stuttgart NeckarPark, one month after that of the Adagio Original London City East, is a new concrete illustration of Adagio’s development ambitions.

“It is a perfect example of the vision at the heart of our ‘First 2030’ project: to open unforgettable aparthotels in the heart of cities, in the most vibrant neighbourhoods and in high-quality locations, with innovative design, rooted in local culture. The DACH Zone is one of the priority regions for our development in the years to come,” he added.

Highlights:

• The Adagio Original Stuttgart NeckarPark has opened in Germany, the brand’s 12th site in the country.

• The 121-apartment property is located in the city’s major event hub, NeckarPark.
