India: Real estate and lodging company Ascott will open a Oakwood-branded serviced residence in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, through a partnership with KBR Homes India Private Limited.
The development will offer 120 modern units alongside all‑day dining, an Oakbar, a swimming pool and a fully equipped fitness centre.
The property targets both pilgrims and business travellers in the culturally and commercially significant city.
Tirupati, home to the Sri Venkateswara Temple, which attracts over 24 million visitors annually, has been identified by Ascott as a fast‑growing tier‑2 hub with new business parks and industrial zones .
