Australia: Singapore-based global hospitality company The Ascott Limited has expanded its lyf coliving brand with the opening of lyf Bondi Junction Sydney on April 9, 2025.
The opening marks the second lyf property in Australia, following lyf Collingwood Melbourne.
Located in Bondi Junction, the property offers 197 rooms, a rooftop gym, laundry facilities, a communal kitchen, coworking space and additional social areas. It also features an all-day dining venue Bonnibel located on the ground floor, offering fresh, locally sourced dishes with an alfresco area and a calendar of weekly events and community activities.
The hotel targets business and leisure travellers and spaces are designed to encourage interaction and collaboration.
