The Netherlands: Operator Cityden will open its fourth property in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid later this year in Q4 2026.
Cityden Oud-Zuid is located on Beethovenstraat, between the Zuidas business district and Amsterdam’s city centre.
It will feature 46 units comprising two hotel rooms, 26 studios, and 18 one-bedroom apartments. Each studio and apartment is fully furnished and equipped with a kitchen, living area, and workspace.
Additional amenities include a restaurant and bar, a mini-market, and a 24/7 reception.
“With Cityden Oud-Zuid, we are not only adding a new location, but also a new chapter to our story,” said Dirk-Jan van Eeuwen and Peer Aldenhoven, co-founders of Cityden. “We believe that hospitality is more than just a stay: it is an experience that connects people with the city and with each other. Due to its intimate scale, we expect this hotel to become a warm and personal place where guests immediately feel at home.”
