France: Operator Edgar Suites has expanded in Paris with the transformation of an office into an aparthotel, located in 15th arrondissement of the city.
Located at 38 rue du Hameau, the aparthotel has been converted from a former office building led by Dubuisson Architecture with interiors by Studio Briand et Berthereau.
The 10 storey site now offers 150 rooms catering to both short and long-term stays. Apartments can accommodate up to eight people and from the seventh floor upwards there are private terraces.
The building is also BREEAM Excellent certified.
Xavier O’Quin, president of Edgar Suites, said: “This new opening, our second residence in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, fully illustrates our strategy of sustainable development and redevelopment of urban heritage. In 2025, Edgar Suites is accelerating its expansion with six new residences in France, including three in Paris. This dynamic is part of our vision of national, and very soon European, influence.”
Edgar Suites plans to open six additional residences in France by the end of 2025, with three set to be located in the capital.
