US: Extended Stay America (ESA) has expanded in Arizona, introducing its Premier Suites brand in Yuma with a 124-room property.
Developed by Armadale Holdings LP, the new four-storey property is located across the road from Rio Vista Commerce Center and near Yuma Regional Medical Center.
All suites come with fully equipped kitchens, recliners, workspace and storage space. Amenities include a fitness room, onsite laundry, and complimentary breakfast.
