Originally an office building for Royal Sun Alliance, the property was acquired by T A Fisher and transformed into a mixed-use development. The ground and first floors were designated for Buzz Gym, a fitness facility, while the upper floors were converted into an aparthotel operated by House of Fisher.

The conversion was completed in 2013, resulting in a 50-suite aparthotel offering a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units.
