Canada: Hospitality group Kalido will open Keefer House this July, a boutique aparthotel located in Vancouver’s Chinatown district.
Keefer House will offer a mix of short- and long-stay accommodation, featuring fully furnished apartments with kitchens, in-suite laundry, and interiors styled with natural wood, neutral tones and artwork from Canadian firm Opposite Wall.
Many units also include private balconies, with the terrace and rooftop apartments providing outdoor spaces.
Guests will have access to an on-site gym, a communal rooftop, and a curated collection of local products and partnerships including Tealeaves, Pallet Coffee, Fable, and wellness brand TALLU. Keefer House also plans to offer welcome packages in collaboration with the neighbouring Keefer Bar.
Javier Cepeda, managing partner at Kalido Hospitality Group, said: “Keefer House is more than a place to stay – it’s a launchpad to explore one of Vancouver’s most electric grids. Every element, from the design to the tech to our local partners, is curated to reflect the pace, personality and possibility of the neighbourhood.”
Keefer House is Kalido’s second Vancouver project, following Smithe House in Yaletown.
