Indonesia: Serviced apartment complex Kiara Ocean Place has opened in Batu Belig, Bali, marking the latest addition to Mirah Investment & Development’s portfolio.
The 62-unit development comprises one- and two-bedroom apartments and includes facilities such as two swimming pools, a gym, and a coworking area. The site also offers concierge services, 24/7 security, and basement parking.
Located between Seminyak and Berawa, the property is positioned close to beach clubs, shops, and restaurants.
Construction began in late 2023 and was completed in early 2025. All units sold out in under six months, according to Mirah. The apartments are available as a full-time residence or as investment properties under an optional rental management programme.

Following the launch of Kiara Ocean Place, Mirah has also introduced Kiara Beachfront, a sister project in Nusa Dua. It includes 94 apartments with ocean views and shared amenities such as a gym, business centre, swimming pools, and a restaurant.
