Líbere signs third project in Athens with DKG Development

Greece: DKG Development has signed a long-term lease agreement with operator Líbere Hospitality Group (LHG) for the “B48 Athens Dafni” property.

Líbere, an operator of a short and medium-term accommodation, will take over the LAUREL property in Dafni, Athens which offers 57 serviced apartments. It is set to reopen in July as B48 Athens Dafni following a refurbishment.

Each unit is individually owned and available for sale. 25 out of 57 units have been sold to both Greek and international investors.

It marks the third project Líbere has signed with DKG, following two additional serviced apartment complexes within the Piraeus Gate development: SKYBLUE (32 units) and URBAN GL (66 units), both scheduled for delivery in Q1 2027.
