UK: Spanish operator Líbere Hospitality Group (LHG) has signed an agreement to manage its first property outside of southern Europe, located in London.
The 44-unit property on Edgware Road near Paddington will operate under the Líbere brand. It is housed in a refurbished Victorian building.
When it opens in May, Líbere London Edgware Road will join more than 50 properties of more than 1,900 units within the Líbere portfolio.
16 additional launches are scheduled for 2025, representing a 135 per cent increase compared to 2024. The group’s total pipeline stands at 3,000 units.

We see sustained demand for short- and medium-term stays in the capital, particularly among business travellers, digital nomads, and relocation clients, all segments where LHG has already demonstrated strong performance in other markets.”
