LivAway Suites opens second Arizona property in Glendale

US: Extended stay brand LivAway Suites has opened its third property this year and its second location in Arizona, set in the city of Glendale.

The Glendale site adds to a strong portfolio in the American Southwest, with nine out of the company’s 16 properties located in the region.

“We are building LivAway Suites locations across the country to meet the growing demand for higher-quality, affordable extended stay accommodations,” LivAway CEO Mike Nielson, said. “Our Glendale opening reflects our disciplined expansion strategy and our commitment to delivering a consistent, fresh experience in markets where long-term travellers need reliable, purpose-built solutions.”

The Utah-based firm’s last property opened in San Marcos, Texas in February 2026.

Three more Arizona locations are expected to open later this year.
