Ukraine: TULIP Hotels & Residences, part of Louvre Hotels Group, has opened its first aparthotel in Ukraine located in Lviv.

The property, located at 24a Panasa Myrnoho Street, sits within the Kristal Plaza business complex.

It offers 73 apartments equipped with kitchenettes, a TULIP Café, a fully equipped business area with meeting rooms, a gym, underground parking, and a rooftop terrace. Breakfast is also served at Skver Café on the ground floor.

In 2021, developer Galytska Budivelna Guildiya (GBG) signed a franchise agreement with Louvre Hotels Group for the property.

This is more than just a commercial project — it’s a strong signal: Lviv remains open to high-quality international initiatives.
