Marriott opens largest Executive Apartments in Southeast Asia

Malaysia: Upscale extended stay brand Marriott Executive Apartments has opened its largest property in Southeast Asia, located in Kuala Lumpur.

The 353-unit property offers serviced apartments ranging from studios to three-bedroom accommodations. Each apartment includes a kitchen, living and dining areas, as well as in-room laundry facilities.

Amenities include a rooftop event space, the Bistro Kia Peng restaurant, a fitness centre, a lap pool, and family facilities such as a playroom and kids’ splash zone. Business and leisure travellers can access 24-hour front desk and concierge services.

Marriott‘s regional vice president for Malaysia and Indonesia, Ramesh Jackson, said: “We are excited to bring Marriott Executive Apartments to Kuala Lumpur, our second in Malaysia and the biggest in Asia Pacific excluding China, offering a new standard in apartment-style living, for both short and long-term stays.

With more than 40 properties globally, most Marriott Executive Apartments can be found in gateway cities across EMEA, South America and Asia.
