UK: A collection of serviced apartments called Station Suites is set to open in central Middlesbrough this June under operation of RBH Hospitality Management.
The 42-unit development is housed within four floors of the Boho 6 building, located next to Middlesbrough railway station.
The project is owned by Mark Ashall, Nicholas Merriman, and the investor group behind the Holiday Inn Express Middlesbrough, which is also operated by RBH.
Station Suites marks RBH’s third serviced apartment signing in six months.
David Hart, CEO of RBH Hospitality Management, said: “We’re thrilled to once again partner with RBH in Middlesbrough. Station Suites will offer something distinct from our existing Holiday Inn Express property and address the need for high-quality serviced apartment accommodation for both short and long stays in light of the new developments occurring at Teesside Freeport. It’s an exciting addition to Middlesbrough’s accommodation landscape.”
