UK: Residential operator Redwood Living has added 55 apartments across three London sites as part of its corporate division.

Redwood Living now offers both short stays from a single night to long term corporate lets of up to 12 months, supporting relocations, business travel and project-based assignments.

Across London, the company operates properties in Chelsea, Limehouse, and Raynes Park.

Alec Bryant, co-founder of Redwood Living, said: “Launching corporate stays means we now serve three pillars of the private rental market: for students, corporate stays, and professional living. We are really proud of the three buildings and believe we provide corporate tenants with high quality and affordable serviced apartments across the city.

“Our goal is to add an additional 50 apartments across London which we can solely focus on corporate stays and be recognised as a brand who provides hassle free residential experiences across London. We would also be happy to expand our corporate stay service into other major cities, if the right opportunity and client presents,” Bryant added.

Redwood Living (formerly Redwood Co-Living) was founded by Bryant and business partner Jamie York in 2018. The company leases buildings directly from landlords from five to over 15 years, acting as a single tenant.
