US: Luxury lifestyle hospitality group Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has opened its first standalone residential offering with the launch of Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills.
Developed by Nahla Capital and GPI Companies, Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills occupies the former site of the Friars Club on South Santa Monica Boulevard.
The five-storey building designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen comprises 17 residences ranging from 3,000 to more than 7,000 square feet. All residences offer terraces and can be accessed via a private elevator, while six also feature pools and spas, alfresco dining areas and outdoor kitchens.
Amenities include a 50-foot rooftop pool, fitness centre, wine storage, and a lounge, bar and dining room. Additional services include private butlers, pet care, access to a health and wellness expert, along with preferred rates, exclusive event invites and more across Rosewood’s global portfolio via its membership program Rosewood Reserve.

Sales for the residences are led by Compass Development Marketing Group in partnership with Christie’s International Real Estate SoCal. Pricing ranges from $10 million to $45 million.
