Oman: The Sustainable City – Yiti, a coastal development overlooking the Gulf of Oman, has launched its luxury serviced residential offering The Arc.
The Sustainable City – Yiti is being developed by Diamond Developers in collaboration with OMRAN Group. The project spans nearly 1 million square meters along the Gulf of Oman.
When complete, it will feature residential, commercial, hospitality, and educational spaces, including two hotels, a school, a nursery, an equestrian centre, an indoor sports complex, and outdoor leisure zones.
The Arc offers three residential collections comprising 132 fully serviced luxury residences – one branded by Nikki Beach. Residences are available in two, three, and four-bedroom configurations and provide access to wellness spaces, swimming pools, concierge services, and a private marina.
Energy efficient architecture such as solar power, recycled water systems, local food production, and EV charging infrastructure have been integrated into the project.

The Sustainable City – Yiti is expected to be completed in 2026.
