Europe: Premium brand Wilde Aparthotels will open three properties this year, located in Cambridge, Lisbon and Vienna.
Each of the properties will come with bespoke furniture and a fully equipped kitchen. The new locations will also feature a bar and lounge area for guests and locals.
Within walking distance of the River Cam and the Jesus Green park, the Cambridge City Centre property will hold 229 apartments. The aparthotel will include an outdoor terrace, coworking space, and a café.
In the centre of the R. Castilho district, the Lisbon, Liberdade property will hold 95 hotel rooms and studio apartments. The property is located near the Tagus River and will feature amenities including a café and deli, courtyard, mezzanine coworking space, and a fitness suite.
The Vienna, Alte Post property will feature 136 hotel rooms, studio apartments and one-bedroom apartments. The property will include a restaurant, café and whiskey bar, close to the St. Stephen’s Cathedral, Fleischmarkt and the Vienna State Opera.
Elsewhere in Europe, Wilde Aparthotels will unveil additional properties in Amsterdam and Porto by Q1 2026.
