UK: Serviced apartment operator Your Apartment has expanded its London portfolio with three openings in the capital.
The three properties, signed under management agreements, add 52 units into the Your Apartment portfolio.
Locations include:
- Your Apartment – Liverpool Street (26 units)
- Your Apartment – Tower of London (14 units)
- Your Apartment – St Paul’s (12 units)
The sites offer a mix of room types from studio to two-bedroom penthouses with king or super king beds with Hypnos mattresses, alongside kitchenettes, workspaces, and en-suite bathrooms. Digital guides and house manuals can be accessed via a QR code in-room.
“These latest additions mark a major step forward in our mission to create a city-wide network of high-quality serviced apartments in London,” said Toby Guest, co-founder of Your Apartment. “The city is a magnet for both professionals and tourists, and we’re proud to now offer a home-from-home experience in the City of London.”
Now, Your Apartment operates 10 locations in the UK capital including Brixton, Camden, Kensington, King’s Cross, Shepherd’s Bush, Southwark, and Tooting. A 25-unit aparthotel is also planned in Limehome.
In total, the group has a portfolio of more than 360 serviced apartments across London, Bristol and Milton Keynes.
Founded in 2017 by the Guest brothers, Your Apartment also aims to become a carbon-neutral business by 2030.
