US: Red Roof has announced its first HomeTowne Studios new build in Florida after more than 70 conversion properties for the brand.
One of the leaders in economy lodging, across the US, Red Roof has started construction on HomeTowne Studios by Red Roof in Bradenton, Florida.
The 124 -room HomeTowne Studios is the first new-build property for the brand by Red Roof. The 70 previous HomeTowne Studios offerings across the country have been conversions .
The Bradenton property is owned and will be operated by Dhruv Management, which owns or operates more than 150 hotels nationwide.
Red Roof has been a pioneer for the economy extended stay segment, only launching in 2021, and the new HomeTowne Studios prototype includes updated guestrooms, and a layout designed for operational efficiency.
The new extended stay hotel is expected to open in 2023 or early 2024.
Red Roof recently opened its HomeTowne Studios in New Jersey.
