UAE: Emirati hotel brand Rove Hotels has ventured into branded residential housing and serviced residences by introducing Rove Home.

The UAE-based company has launched the brand as an extension of Rove Hotels in a bid to provide “the ultimate comfort-living experience”. At the same time, Rove has introduced its first project in the collection – Rove Home Aljada, a residential development in the centre of Aljada, in the city of Sharjah.

Due to go on sale in the coming weeks, Rove Home Aljada apartments will come in one-, two-, and three-bedroom options with a range of smart home features. Residents of Rove Home will have the option to access add-on services such as housekeeping, in-room dining, laundry, and more

Complementing the adjacent Rove Hotel,  the neighbourhood masterplan will include hospitality, retail, F&B and leisure options within walking distance. The destination will also be home to an extensive cycling network, three schools and a business park, plus a park and family entertainment district, designed by Zaha Hadid Architects.

While Aljada is the brand’s first location, Rove is targeting the construction of more Rove Home properties in the future.

Paul Bridger, COO of Rove Hotels, said: “We are excited to explore the vast potential of the branded residential sector and to contribute to the creation of welcoming homes designed for contemporary living in true Rove style.”
